1. SALES AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the unique and exclusive nature of our courses, all sales are final. If you are unable to attend, you may email notice to [email protected] at least 120 days before the course start date to receive a 50% credit applicable to a future event. Requests made within 90 days or less from the start date will not qualify for credit.

2. TRANSFER POLICY

Credits may be transferred to another course date or program, subject to a $100 processing fee per transfer. You may also transfer your registration to another individual by notifying us at least two (2) weeks prior to the course date, subject to a $100 transfer fee. No transfers, refunds, or changes can be made once the course begins. All dates and locations are subject to change without prior notice.

3. EVENT FEES AND INCLUSIONS

The course fee covers registration, tuition, and course materials only. Additional expenses — including travel, lodging, meals, and other incidentals — are not included unless explicitly stated in writing by Niurka, Inc.

4. INSTALLMENT PLAN TERMS

If you select an installment plan, you authorize Niurka, Inc. to charge your credit card as per the agreed schedule. Installments will be billed every 30 days from the initial payment. Failed payments incur a $35 re-processing fee per attempt. Late payments may incur a $35 late fee.

5. RECORDING AND MEDIA RELEASE

You acknowledge that the event will be recorded. By participating, you grant permission to Niurka and Niurka, Inc. to use your voice, image, name, and likeness for promotional and educational purposes without further consent. Recording any portion of this event (audio, video, or photography) by participants is strictly prohibited.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

We value the confidentiality and integrity of this experience. By attending, you agree to respect the privacy of all participants and refrain from sharing any personal information discussed during the event.

7. DISCLAMER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

The services offered by Niurka, Inc. are educational and do not replace medical, mental health, or other professional advice. By participating, you agree to release Niurka, Niurka, Inc., and any affiliated individuals or entities from liability for any outcomes resulting from your participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, loss, or damages. You agree to indemnify and hold Niurka, Inc. and its representatives harmless from any claims or actions arising out of your participation in this program.
